Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Vintage goods are one of a kind and all sales are final. Vinca Vintage does not accept returns or exchanges.  Please review all of the details provided about the vintage condition of each item, as well as all of the photos provided for each item.

When shopping for vintage items, you can expect to find small imperfections due to years of enjoyment. If there is an imperfection that is "noticeable", it will be mentioned in the listing description. Don't overlook a great piece just because there is an imperfection listed...we just like to be upfront so you know what to expect when you open your package.

How long does it take for you to process your orders?

Typically 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location. We ship via USPS, and occasionally UPS. If you have any questions, please contact us.
